Lumen Output:  The cast street sign is a one-piece casting with a solid backing and a 1" thick boarder. The castsign is identical on both sides.
 
Construction: The cast street sign shall be welded to a mounting plate, post clamp, or post top fitter. Allwelding is per ANSI/AWS D1.2-90. All welders are certified.
 
Materials: The cast sign is heavy wall, copper free, 319 aluminum. The mounting plate and post clamp, areheavy wall cast aluminum. All hardware is stainless steel.
 
Installation: The bolt-on sign is bolted to a mounting channel on the side of the post with two stainless steelscrews. The clamp-on mounting clamps around the post, secured with two 2¼" button headbolts. (Post diameter at mounting point must be specified.) The post top mounting fits on a 3" O.D. x 3" tall tenon with three ¼" diameter socket set screws (lettering, signs and graphics provided by others) (For information on specifying orientation and mounting heights, see“Orientation guide” in the accessories section.)
